LPD: Man found with meth in parking lot of North Star High School

Authorities arrested a man with drugs outside a Lincoln high school Monday.
Lincoln police officers responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle found 24-year-old Stephen P. Roberson sitting in the parking lot of North Star High School around 11 p.m.
Officers reported Roberson had slurred speech and was lethargic. At one point, Roberson pulled a syringe full of clear liquid out from under the passenger seat of his vehicle, police said.
After getting a warrant to search the car, officers discovered the syringe was full of suspected meth and found a tablet of an anxiety medication.
Roberson was arrested for drug possession.
