Body recovered from Missouri River

HARRISON COUNTY, Iowa (KMTV) — Update: The Harrison County Sheriff’s office says a body was recovered after a search of the Missouri River.

First responders are looking for a man who went missing in Harrison County, Iowa Tuesday evening.

They’re following reports of an overturned tractor in the Missouri River.

A dive team with the Yutan Fire Dept. is conducting a water rescue outside Mondamin, Iowa.

Crews responded to the area of 192nd and Cody Avenue around 6 p.m.

Firefighters say they found the tractor in the river.

The search took more than an hour.
