84th and Havelock now open

The intersection of Havelock and 84th St. is now open.

Two entrances will be open during the Lancaster County Super Fair, August 1st through the 11th–gate one on N. 84th St. and gate three on Havelock Avenue.

Gate two on Havelock is closed for this year’s fair.

The event is at 4100 N. 84th St.

Havelock Avenue from 73rd St. to 98th St. had been under construction since fall of 2018.

The street underwent pavement repairs, signal upgrades, new turn lanes, upgraded sidewalk ramps, new street light and storm water and utility improvements.

Temporary lane closures on Havelock and 84th may still happen after the Super Fair, in order to complete some remaining work.
