Police investigating porta-potty fire at Lincoln high school
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are searching for the vandal who lit a porta-potty on fire at a Lincoln high school over the weekend.
The vandalism was reported Tuesday around 10:45 a.m. at Southeast High School near 40th and Van Dorn Streets.
The fire is seen in security video around 1:15 a.m. on Saturday.
Police said someone started the fire in a porta-potty near the school’s tennis courts.
The fire caused about $31,000 in damage to nearby conduit fiber wires, according to police. A second porta-potty was also damaged.
