Flames cause $150,000 in damage to northwest Lincoln garage, LFR says
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A fire at a detached garage in northwest Lincoln caused $150,000 in damage, officials say.
Around 5 p.m., Lincoln Fire & Rescue crews were sent to a fire at a detached garage near 12th and Adams Streets.
Firefighters quickly put out the blaze before it could spread to nearby homes, acting Battalion Chief Andrew Evans said.

LFR spokeswoman MJ Lierman said the flames damaged the siding of a house. At least one car was destroyed in the fire, according to Evans.
No one was injured and the cause of the fire is unknown.
