Three-vehicle crash shuts down busy east Lincoln intersection
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A three-vehicle crash at a busy east Lincoln intersection snarled traffic Friday evening.
The crash happened around 7:10 p.m. at the intersection of Nebraska Parkway and Old Cheney Road.
Lincoln Fire & Rescue said two people were taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
The crash closed Old Cheney Road and westbound Nebraska Parkway. The intersection has since been reopened.
It is not yet known what caused the crash.
