Hit-and-run crash injures 3-year-old who was riding his scooter in a Nebraska city
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Nebraska authorities are searching for the driver who injured a 3-year-old boy in a hit-and-run.
The Grand Island Police Department says the child was riding his scooter on Sunday, when the vehicle slammed into him.
This happened near Ada Street and West Stolley Park Road, just before 8 p.m.
The boy was taken to CHI Health St. Francis to treat the minor injuries.
Police have yet to release a description of the vehicle or where it may have been heading.
