Colorado Rockies select Husker Jace Kaminska in 10th round of MLB draft

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – After just one season with the Huskers, pitcher Jace Kaminska is going to the big leagues.
Kaminska, who transferred to Nebraska from Wichita State last season, was selected in the 10th round by the Colorado Rockies.

He is the fourth Husker to be chosen in this year’s draft, following teammates Brice Matthews, Max Anderson and Emmett Olson.
Last season, Kaminska pitched in 14 games, finishing the year with a 4.13 ERA and 57 strikeouts. He had seven wins and three losses.
