LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Eight former Huskers will be forever enshrined into the Nebraska Football Hall of Fame this year.
The 2023 inductees include David Clark, Troy Dumas, Sam Koch, Kyle Vanden Bosch, Taylor Martinez and Spencer Long, officials said Tuesday.
Two Husker pioneers – head coach W.C. “King” Cole and quarterback Leon Warner – were also selected for this year’s class.
Along with the Huskers, Dan Klepper – an All-America offensive guard for UNO in the ’60s – is the state college representative in the 2023 class.
The group will be inducted at a Sept. 22 banquet in Lincoln. They will also be honored at the Huskers’ home game against Louisiana Tech the next day.
Congratulations to your Nebraska Football Class of 2023 Hall of Fame inductees‼️🏈
