LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two female cheetah cubs at the Lincoln Children’s Zoo are still waiting to be named.
In a press release Monday, the zoo asked for Lincolnites’ input in the selection of the cubs’ names.
Previously, the zoo fielded suggestions and received over 500 names through social media.
The zoo narrowed down the suggestions to four name pairings:
-
Dolly and Daisy
-
Imara and Safia
-
Piper and Paisley
- Sasha and Zuri
You can now vote on the best name pairing until Thursday. The names will be announced Friday, officials said.
To cast your vote, visit the zoo’s website.
