Fremont man faces 10 counts of child pornography possession
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A 54-year-old Fremont man was arrested Tuesday in a child exploitation investigation.
The Nebraska State Patrol said it executed a search warrant at Eugene Kinnear’s home on July 26.
He was ultimately arrested on suspicion of 10 counts of possession of child pornography and violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act.
Kinnear was convicted in Louisiana in 2000 on child porn and sexual battery charges, according to the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry.
Troopers booked Kinnear in the Saunders County Jail.
The patrol said the investigation is ongoing.
