LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – An Omaha man was arrested early Friday morning on suspicion of his fourth DUI, the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says

Around 6:50 a.m., a deputy saw a Jeep cross the median, lose control and spin out on Interstate 80 near Pleasant Dale.

During a traffic stop, the deputy noticed that the driver, 39-year-old Justin Nelson, smelled of alcohol, Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said.

Mini alcohol bottles were also seen strewn about the vehicle.

“It was extremely apparent that he was under the influence of alcohol,” Houchin said.

Nelson had a 0.229% blood alcohol content level, according to Houchin.  The legal limit in Nebraska is 0.08%.

He was arrested on suspicion of driving without an interlock system, driving under suspension and second aggravated driving under the influence.
