Living Well with Dementia symposium in Lincoln will bring hope to caregivers

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Lincoln will host a symposium this weekend to bring a message of hope to those affected by dementia.

During the Living Well with Dementia event, experts and representatives from local senior resources, like Aging Partners, will talk about how best to care for those with dementia.

Jill Couch, a keynote speaker at the event, said they will offer practical tips to fight against cognitive decline.

Those will include ways to improve communication and preserve relationships.
