Black Friday shopping in Lincoln

With great deals all throughout Lincoln, hundreds were out shopping, making it very bust and hectic at a lot of stores.

According to some shoppers, the shopping on Friday afternoon was nothing like what they experienced Thanksgiving night.

“Last night was absolutely insane and I’ve never seen so many people like crammed in. I went into a candle store last night just for fun, just to look at candles because I love candles and it was packed. I walked right back out,” Luke Heidbrink a Black Friday shopper said.

For most shoppers it’s not just about the sales, it’s about being together on Thanksgiving weekend.  

“It’s a good bonding time. My mom works a lot and it’s just good bonding time to spend with her,” Jaida Martinez said.
