Drug dealer tried hiding cocaine by dumping it in a police car, Nebraska authorities say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A man is accused of trying to scatter cocaine throughout a police car to get rid of evidence.
Grand Island Police said Ross Otto was driving too fast near North Broadwell Avenue and West 13th Street early Sunday morning.
Officers said they pulled the vehicle over and saw open alcohol containers inside.
They said he pushed and pulled away from officers while they removed him from his vehicle, which also reeked of alcohol.
Police said Otto began dumping cocaine in a cruiser once he was in custody. They moved him to another car, and they said he resisted again.
Otto’s passenger was eventually arrested as well. Austin Munoz admitted to having cocaine in his wallet, according to GIPD.
Otto was arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession with intent to distribute, tampering with physical evidence and numerous other charges.
