2019 Frosty Bike Ride

Some Lincolnites strapped into their bikes to start off the bike riding season.
“Well we are doing the frost bike ride because it’s a great way to get people out I mean after the long winter that we had and it brings out a lot of riders,” Stephanie Spearman the Event organizer said.
The Frosty Bike Ride brought out more than 150 different riders which lasted for more than 14 miles.
The group raised money for the Lincoln Salvation Army.
But for the riders this event is always a great way to begin the bike riding season.
“Great kick off to the cycling season, starts you out early gets you in the made and gets you ready for the rest of the season the weather this time is going to be tropical compared to what we’ve had so far,” Ken Eakins a Nebraska bike rider said.
