SUV flips in multi-vehicle crash in southeast Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Three vehicles collided in southeast Lincoln on Wednesday evening.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of 84th Street and Wendell Way, just north of Old Cheney Road.
An SUV was going north on 84th and failed to yield to a southbound SUV while turning left on Wendell, according to police.
The southbound SUV struck the turning SUV, which rolled onto its top.
The driver and passenger in the southbound SUV were taken to a hospital with minor injuries. No one else suffered injuries.
The driver of the flipped SUV was ticketed.
Southbound 84th was reduced to one lane as authorities investigated.
