Recall Alert: mold and mildew stain remover, pack and play mattresses and string lights

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- Wet & Forget is recalling over 2.7 million of its bottles of ‘Xtreme Reach’ outdoor mold and mildew stain remover. The hose end nozzle clip can dislodge and allow the cleaning solution to spray on users. The company says this poses a risk of skin and eye irritation, and other injuries.

If you have the recalled product, contact the company for a free replacement nozzle. Once you receive the replacement, throw away the original one.

Over 11,000 Moonsea pack and play mattresses are being recalled, sold exclusively on Amazon by Moonsea Sleep. The mattresses violate multiple provisions of the federal safety regulation for crib mattresses, including the thickness test and missing warnings and labels. The product poses a suffocation hazard to infants.

If you have the recalled mattresses, contact the company to receive a full refund and directions on how to throw the product away. The company and Amazon are contacting all purchasers directly.

Over 34,000 of Bunkhouse and Lotsa LITES! mini string lights are being recalled. The bulbs can overheat when the string lights are plugged directly into an outlet, posing burn and fire hazards.
