Five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola flips commitment from Georgia to Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A highly sought high school football recruit flipped his commitment to Nebraska on Monday.

Dylan Raiola, the son of Husker legend Dominic Raiola, announced that he would come to Nebraska instead of Georgia.

The five-star recruit from Buford, Georgia, committed to the Bulldogs in May, according to 247Sports.

Raiola is the No. 1 quarterback and the No. 2 overall player in the 2024 class, 247Sports says.

He is the highest-ranked recruit to pick Nebraska since 2006, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported.

Dylan’s uncle, Donovan Raiola, is Nebraska’s offensive line coach.
