Lancaster County hosts Warrant Wipeout

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Three local entities partnered on Thursday for a misdemeanor warrant amnesty event.

The offices of the Lancaster County attorney, Lancaster County public defender and city attorney hosted Warrant Wipeout at the courthouse.

Those who came could have their misdemeanor warrant canceled with no additional bond to post.

If you couldn’t make it during the designated time, work with your attorney for a different time to come in.

Officials said felony warrants, child support warrants and holds for court are not included.
