Nebraska volleyball’s Ally Batenhorst enters transfer portal

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A Nebraska volleyball standout is entering the transfer portal.
Outside hitter Ally Batenhorst announced the decision to leave Nebraska in an Instagram post on Monday.
This was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, but I have decided that this is what’s best for me personally,” she wrote.
The Texas native finished last season with 196 kills, 54 digs and five assists.
“My heart is so full and I wouldn’t trade my experience as a husker for the world,” she said in the post.
Three other Husker volleyball players have entered the transfer portal this offseason: Maggie Mendelson, Hayden Kubik and Caroline Jurevicius.
