Chances for snow into the weekend; Cooling down quickly

There is a small chance for light snowfall on Wednesday. Another round of accumulating snow is expected Thursday evening and Friday. Cold temperatures arrive Thursday night, sending lows in and around the negatives.

We will see a chilly morning with many temperatures in the single digits. We struggle to reach the upper 20s and lower 30s for the afternoon.

When you are heading off to work or school Wednesday morning wind chills will be in the single digits… bundle up!

Wednesday morning we have a mix of sun and clouds, before we see an increase in cloud cover in the afternoon. In the early evening there is a small chance for a light dusting of snow in SE Nebraska. Better chances for our next accumulating snowfall will be Thursday evening into Friday.

Temperatures will fall below normal in the near future starting Thursday night we will see lows reach or come near negative temperatures. The chilly conditions will last us into the following week.
