LPD investigating drive-by shooting in southwest Lincoln neighborhood

Officers responded to reports of a possible shooting in the 1200 block of SW 24th St. around 11 p.m. Saturday. 

Police are investigating a drive-by shooting in southwest Lincoln.

Officers responded to reports of a possible shooting in the 1200 block of SW 24th St. around 11 p.m. Saturday.

A 35-year-old man told officers an unknown SUV drove down the block and fired multiple shots. Officers found shell casings and damage to a car parked at a nearby home.

No one was injured in the shooting.

Police do not have any suspects at this time and are asking anyone with information to call 402-441-6000.
