PHOTOS: Sunrise sets sky ablaze over Lincoln early Wednesday morning

Views around Lincoln were brilliant from a sunrise setting the sky ablaze early Wednesday morning.

Altocumulus clouds complimented the eastern sky as the sun came up, giving beautiful views over Memorial Stadium, from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s campus and from our Channel 8 Station.

The sun officially came up at 7:49 a.m. Wednesday.
