O Street in downtown Lincoln reopened after LPD response

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Police Department temporarily shut down a part of O Street on Thursday morning.
Police said officers were helping a person who was undergoing a mental health crisis on the O Street overpass.
The westbound lanes were closed from Third to Ninth streets.
The situation has since been safely resolved, and westbound O Street was reopened.
