Lincoln man accidentally shoots himself in the genitals, according to LPD
Lincoln Police cited a man for illegal possession of a firearm and discharge of a firearm in the city after accidentally shooting himself in the genitals.
Police said Peter Jacobssen was walking near North 14th and Adams street when he dropped the loaded .22 on the ground.
His injuries were non-life threatening.
