LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested Friday morning after a break-in at a Lincoln gas station, police say.

Around 3:10 a.m., officers were sent to Casey’s near 10th and South streets after an alarm went off.

Surveillance video showed a man, later identified as 24-year-old Scott Frankson, using a large rock to break a window.

Police said he went inside and stole “several” mini alcohol bottles.

Less than an hour later, officers arrived at a U-Stop near 10th and H streets on a report of a disturbance.

Officers found Frankson, who was identified as the person in the surveillance video, according to police.

He was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Police estimate the business had $800 in damage, and the store lost $7.17 in products.
