Loving, kind-hearted and selfless are just a few of the words friends used to describe 20–year–old Gavin Hall, a Norris High grad, who died on July Fourth.

His friends said he was a light on the bad days, always finding a way to make a stressful situation, fun.

One thing he always did, was put others first.

“My favorite part about Gavin is that he cared about others more than himself. He was selfless, he just, he didn’t care if he was hurt, if he was sad, he was always making sure people were aye-okay before he was,” longtime friend Haley Drewel said.

Only describing her friend with a smile on her face, Drewel hopes this tragedy reminds everyone to live life to the fullest.

Drewel said she knows coping with the loss will be hard but she finds comfort knowing Hall will be looking over everyone he loved.

“We’re all going to miss him a lot, but we’ll see him again, someday,” Drewel said.
