Police find nine controlled substances in one car

A Lincoln man was arrested on multiple charges after police found nine different controlled substances in his car. 

Lincoln Police Officer Angela Sands said 25-year-old Brant Geller and 20-year-old Sydney Woodard were inside a car parked near 27th and Superior Friday night when someone called police and reported their car as a suspicious vehicle.

Sands said police could smell marijuana coming from the car and saw a glass pipe sitting on the door panel. They searched the car and found various drugs in Geller’s pocket.

Marijuana, THC wax, MDMA, cocaine, ecstasy, meth and three different prescription pills were found in the car, Sands said. There was also a scale, baggies and pipes. They also found a loaded handgun. 

Geller was arrested for possession of a firearm during a felony 2 drug violation, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance X4, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Woodard was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.
