Nebraska slugger Sydney Gray gets another Big Ten Player of the Week award

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska softball’s Sydney Gray was named the Big Ten Softball Player of the Week on Monday.
Gray went 5-for-16 with a double, three home runs and five RBIs in the Razorback Rumble in Arkansas last week.
Her offensive output aided the Huskers in wins against Northern Iowa, Saint Francis and South Alabama.

Gray is the first Husker to win two Big Ten Player of the Week awards in the same season since Tristen Edwards in 2020.
Nebraska is returning to Bowlin Stadium on Tuesday to take on Northern Colorado and Maine.
Both games have free admission.
