Grand Island delays football due to COVID-19
Football practice will begin on August 24th due to staff members test positive for the virus.
GRAND ISLAND – Grand Island Senior High is delaying the start of football practice to Aug. 24 due to a staff member testing positive of COVID-19. Two staff members are quarantining at this time as a precaution to the health and safety of the student-athletes and coaches. All other sports and activities will resume as scheduled on Aug. 10.
