Guns stolen from Lincoln home, police say

Lincoln Police are investigating the theft of two firearms from a home near 13th and South Street. 

Police said the 51-year-old victim reported the crime Thursday afternoon when he got home from work and found one of his windows was pried open. 

 A 9mm handgun and 12 gauge shotgun were missing, along with a Galaxy cell phone. The loss was just under $5,000 and there was $200 damage to the home.
