Police searching for missing Lincoln man

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department is asking for help locating a man who went missing on Friday.

LPD says 28-year-old Joshua Martin was last seen walking away from a mental health facility near 14th and South streets around 1:30 p.m.

He was wearing a red t-shirt and black shorts with a gray stripe. Police say he is 5 foot 11 inches and 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

According to family, Martin has schizophrenia and severe obsessive compulsive disorder, which may present similar to autism in social interactions.

He is not considered dangerous or violent.
