Union Bank & Trust to cover all adoption fees at Capital Humane Society in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Union Bank & Trust is covering all adoption fees at the Capital Humane Society on Friday.

The one-day event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Pieloch Pet Adoption Center near 70th Street and Nebraska Parkway.

UBT’s donation will cover fees for all animals, including dogs, cats and even small critters, like rabbits and guinea pigs.

The fee-less adoptions will be on a first-come, first-served basis until the entire donation is spent, according to officials.

The Capital Humane Society said the “thoughtful donation” will help give animals new homes.
