Not using turn signal leads to Lincoln woman’s 4th DUI arrest

A Lincoln woman who didn’t signal a turn at 17th and Washington is now in jail.
51-year-old Pamela Hessler was pulled over just before midnight on Monday night. Police said she was drunk at the time.
Police said Hessler has had four prior D.U.I tickets and was driving on a revoked license, didn’t have an interlock permit or device and was in possession of suspected hydrocodone pills.
Her blood alcohol content was .14, police said.
A fourth DUI is a felony, as are the other four charges Hessler now faces.
