Man had BAC of 0.119% in deadly south Lincoln crash, affidavit says

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was driving drunk Sunday morning before a deadly south Lincoln crash, court documents allege.
Grabiel Revilla, 34, was found unconscious in the driver’s seat after the crash at 28th Street and Pine Lake Road, according to an arrest affidavit filed Tuesday.
Two passengers — Omar Rios, 23; and Darien Rosales, 21 — were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Revilla was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Officers suspected that he was under the influence of alcohol, the affidavit alleges.
Revilla was given a preliminary breath test, revealing that he had a blood alcohol content of 0.119%, according to police. The legal limit in Nebraska is 0.08%.
He was charged with two counts of manslaughter and is being held without bond, court records say.
Revilla’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 20.
