The restaurant was also finishing a fundraiser Thursday night. It is donating 55% of proceeds from a special platter to Bartlett’s family.

The restaurant sold 360 “Bartlett specials” on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Tegtmeier was hoping to sell a couple hundreds more Thursday night.

Tegtmeier said Barlett was not only a great officer, but also a great husband, father and grandfather.
