Man sexually assaulted 16-year-old girl at northeast Lincoln Walmart, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Police are looking for a man who groped a 16-year-old girl last month at a Lincoln Walmart.

The sexual assault happened on April 14 at Walmart near 84th and Adams streets.

The victim was working when a man approached her and asked where to find an item, according to police.

While walking to the aisle, the man started asking her personal questions and made “sexual remarks” about her appearance, police said.

The man then groped her “multiple times” before she left the aisle and called police.

Police are also looking for a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash on March 30 on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s East Campus.

A StarTran bus camera captured a video of the man, who was driving a Dodge Avenger.
