UPDATE: Missing man returns home

UPDATE:  Lincoln Police say Billy Cooper has returned home Friday afternoon.  He is safe.

Lincoln Police are asking for the community’s help looking for a missing 24-year-old male. 

Billy Cooper was last seen at his home Thursday, Community Support at 2231 W O St. 

Billy is 5’9", 190 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie and carrying a blue or black backpack. 

Police said he likes the downtown Lincoln area.
