Arrest warrant requested for Gardner, following Grand Jury decision
OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Paperwork has been filed to get an arrest warrant for Jacob Gardner in relation to the shooting death of James Scurlock.
On Tuesday, Gardner was indicted by a grand jury on charges of manslaughter, use of a firearm, attempted first-degree assault and terroristic threats in relation to Scurlock’s death.
At this time, Gardner is not listed as an inmate at the Douglas County Department of Corrections.
