Nebraska football gets primetime slot for Illinois game

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Nebraska football will play in primetime for the first conference game next season.
The Huskers will face Illinois at home at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20. The game will be televised on Fox.
Nebraska is 14-6 all time against the Illini.
The Nebraska vs. Colorado game two weeks earlier will also be in primetime.
