LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two former Husker pitchers went head-to-head in the MLB on Wednesday as Baltimore defeated Atlanta 4-2.

The Orioles’ Cade Povich and the Braves’ Spencer Schwellenbach each pitched six innings.

Povich allowed zero runs on five hits while striking out six batters, finishing with a 4.76 ERA.

Schwellenbach threw three strikeouts while allowing two runs on four hits. His ERA was 6.32.
