Man arrested in deadly west Lincoln shooting

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Police Department has arrested a suspect connected to Friday’s fatal shooting at Russ’s Market.

Ge’Auvieon Crayton, 20, was arrested Saturday just before 7 p.m. on suspicion of first-degree murder and the use of a weapon to commit a felony.

LPD said officers are investigating what led up to the shooting.

Several other people were present at the shooting, and LPD said they are working to find additional witnesses.

No other suspects are being sought, according to LPD.  Police are providing an update Monday on the case.
