Portions of two Lincoln streets closing this week
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department on Tuesday announced two street closures.
Leighton Avenue will close from Cotner Boulevard to 70th Street on Wednesday for a street improvement project.
Drivers should take Holdrege or Adams streets to 56th to 70th streets, LTU said.
The work is expected to be done by mid-August.
On Thursday, northbound Sun Valley Boulevard will shut down from Charleston to 10th streets for pavement repair.
The closure will last until Aug. 2.
