Dead body found on the sidewalk in downtown Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A dead body was found in downtown Lincoln on Saturday morning.
Lincoln Fire and Rescue responded just after 8:30 a.m. to an area near 12th and O streets after someone called and said there was an ‘unresponsive body’ on the sidewalk.
Police identified the body as a 53-year-old male.
Officials said the man was a homeless person that died of natural causes.
LFR pronounced the man dead at 8:45 a.m.
