Nebraska officially certifies results for 2020 General Election

966,920 Nebraskans voted in the General Election, a record turnout, according to Secretary of State Bob Evnen. 

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska has officially certified the results of the 2020 General Election, in a vote 5-0.

966,920 Nebraskans voted in the General Election, a record turnout, according to Secretary of State Bob Evnen.

“Nebraska voters were undaunted in the sense they voted in a record number,” Evnen said. “There were 966,920 Nebraskans who voted in our General Election, that’s a 76 percent turnout.”

Evnen said there were no significant allegations of fraud here in Nebraska’s election.
