Portions of three Lincoln streets to temporarily close

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Lincoln Transportation and Utilities Department announced Thursday that three Lincoln streets will temporarily close on Friday.

LTU said 56th Street between Colby Street and Leighton Avenue will be closed from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for crane work.

P Street between Seventh Street and Ninth Street, and Eighth Street between Q and O streets, will be closed from 11 a.m. Friday to 11 p.m. Saturday for an Oktoberfest event.
