Car catches fire in crash with train east of Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — A car went up in flames early Saturday morning in a crash east of Lincoln.
The crash happened shortly after 12:30 a.m. at the railroad crossing at 98th Street and Cornhusker Highway.
A Lancaster County sheriff’s deputy said a train was involved in the crash.
The car caught fire and was still smoldering more than an hour later.
No one was seriously injured, the deputy said.
