With a cool front moving through the region then stalling out over the eastern part of the state the next significant cold front will arrive by Sunday dropping temperatures into the 60’s. Cold air will continue to filter in overnight Sunday bringing us widespread frost by Monday morning for Columbus Day. By Wednesday we’ll see a short lived warming trend followed by a cold front and upper level trough that will bring us rain and possibly scattered thunderstorms on Friday into next Saturday when we cool down once again.
