LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two school buses were involved in a minor crash in downtown Lincoln on Tuesday.

The crash happened at 16th and K streets around 10 a.m.

A Lincoln Police officer at the scene said a school bus hit the back of another bus on 16th Street.

An LFR crew spotted the crash, pulled over the buses and checked out the children, who were uninjured.

The children were placed on another bus and left, according to LPD.

There are no LPS students in school today, so it’s unclear who the buses are affiliated with.
